Karluk Eihon (カルルク・エイホン Karuruku Eihon?) is one of the main characters in A Bride's Story. He is the youngest brother of Seleke Eihon and one of Sanira's and Akunbek's sons. At the beginning of the story, he was married to Amir Halgal.
He lives with his wife and family in a village near the Caspian Sea.
Appearance[]
Karluk is a short boy with a growing frame. He has slightly wavy, dark hair reaching just above his brown eyes.
Personality[]
Karluk is kind and mature. Though he frets over his Amira's impulses, he is very brave and will throw himself into battle to protect her. He wants to become stronger so he can grow into someone worthy of calling her his wife.
He is very respectful towards his elders but isn't afraid to voice his disagreements. He is very defensive over his age and insists that it isn't an issue in his marriage, and was never once bothered by his older wife; rather, he is self conscious over himself and his childish built, and wants to grow and become a man as fast as possible.

- Karluk's name is taken from the Karluk people. They were a prominent nomadic Turkic tribal confederacy residing in the regions of Kara-Irtysh (Black Irtysh) and the Tarbagatai Mountains west of the Altai Mountains in Central Asia.
